Exhibiting costs

The Icelandic Agricultural Expo 2022 was a booming success. Farmers came from all around Iceland to experience the latest technology in agriculture. The Expo saw a record-breaking number of visitors in 2022 and therfore we are excited to announce the Icelandic Agricultural Expo in 2026 will take place October 9-11 in Laugardalshöll Reykjavík.

Passes: Exhibitors will pay ISK 24,500 per sq. m. excluding VAT and ISK 6,900 per sq. m. for the outdoor area. Each exhibitor at The Icelandic Agricultural Expo 2026 will receive as many invitation tickets as they wish – at no extra charge. They will also receive passes for booth staff and two invitations to the exhibition’s opening reception on October 9. This offer from Ritsýn has proven extremely effective at our other exhibitions in reaching target audiences. General admission tickets will be sold at the entrance for ISK 3,500 incl. VAT and ISK 2,500 incl. VAT for seniors and people with disabilities. Tickets are valid for all exhibition days.

Exhibition system: Exhibitors are welcome to choose between exhibition companies or bring their own system. Ritsýn is cooperating with Merking, which offers exhibition system packages. Included in the offer are the following: system walls installed and installation of a fascia board. The exhibitor’s name on the fascia board and three lights are also included.
